Knowing how your life will unfold would be like endlessly watching reruns of old sports matches.

It's nowhere near as exciting as experiencing the event live, because you already know how everything turns out.

There's nothing to surprise you other than a few bits and pieces you may have forgotten.

At best it's just a resurfacing of old memories. It's never anything new and truly unique. So there's never anything that's going to impact your life in a new and meaningful way.

Life would be predictable and bland. No surprises, no synchronicities, no chance for things to work out better than you planned, no new experiences, no space for chance encounters, no feelings of being on an adventure, no growth, no learning, no room for new and creative ideas, no room for luck, no newness, no sense of wonder or discovery.

This is also why many pessimistic and close minded people find life so unbearable.

Because of their limiting beliefs and narrow view of the world, they think they have life all figured out.

They create a reality for themselves where they are continuously living out one long rerun.

Everyday feels like the same day over and over again. Because they take one bad day and see it as how life has always been, and how life always will be.

To them life actually is predictable. And all they ever predict is misery.
